Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping is done through our partnering companies such as UPS, FEDEX, TNT, DHL and many others to make sure transportation is done in a timely fashion. International shipping can take anywhere from three days to five days to arrive at the destination country, and customs usually takes ours ones your product has arrived. All in all, it’s usually best to place an international order as early in advance of the time you need it!

Refund requests and exchange of product we accept within 72 hours after the package is consider to have touch down. This is done by writing to our customer service through our quick chat button bellow and inserting your phone number, e-mail address and order ID number.
Your order can be canceled by writing our customer service through our email or through the live chat service found on Trippyheaven. We will refund you immediately the refund process can take anywhere from a few hours to 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
After making your purchase you will get an e-mail containing tracking information for your order from the delivery company some few hours after purchase. This e-mail contains information about the purchase.
At the moment we offer 2 shipping options
Regular Airmail delivery (2 – 5 days) and Express Courier delivery (1 – 3 days)

Once your order has been register to be shipped, the delivery company will send you an e-mail to notify you that your product has left our facility. From this point your product is only 2 or more days (depending on the shipping method chosen) to arrive at your home or office.
It’s also one of the Frequently Asked Questions. We are proud to offer free delivery insurance in case you order amount is $200.00 or more. This means that in an unlikely event that any problems occur with your order, we will reship it for free and you will not have to bear any shipping fees or any other additional charges.
But if your order amount is below $200, you will need to provide delivery insurance fees to warranty your package.

We know you worry about your money and where you put it into and often ask yourself ” How do i get my money back if this does not work ? “. Stop worrying because we’ve got you covered. Because we are farmers ourselves and all our products are lab tested, we trust our products and know you will love them and because we are smokers and users of cannabis and cannabis products in various ways, we trust our services and the bond between us and our customers. However, If you don’t like the product, if it just doesn’t work for you, return it and we will refund you the full amount except the $30 shipping fee as this payment goes directly to the courier company

Regardless of your method of payment, refund will be made directly to your bank account by our bank which is Wells Fargo.
When you request for refund, it will take within 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed after which you will receive an email and text message directly from our bank (Wells Fargo) with an exact date on which your refund will appear in your account
Note that irrespective of your payment method, refund comes directly to your bank account, PayPal or Cash App account within the time given by our bank and if you made any prior attempts to cancel or dispute a payment after package had been mailed out then we will NOT refund
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective/broken. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. Photo evidence may be required for verification, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

We ship worldwide to all countries we receive orders from. No delivery guarantee for the following countries:

We do ship to these countries, but at own risk. If your package does not arrive, reshipping for free is not possible. For other countries: delivery is guaranteed! So, if you live in for example the United States (USA) UK, Italy. France, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Germany, Greece, Ireland. delivery of your package is guaranteed by us.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or with your consent, we will source the product and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Please remember to forward your “receipt” with the order number and the secret answer to the email money transfer so we accept the transfer and ship the product out as soon as possible.
Average delivery times to most locations are between 1-3 business days, for remote locations 3-5 days depending. So, after product is ship out, the tracking number will be email to the customer. However, the tracking number can be entered on UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx website and will give information on where the package is and when the estimated delivery time will be. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
